Inspections can usually be done the same week that you call! What day and time is convenient for you? How much easier can it be!

2. Payment: Inspection fee due at time of inspection (no billing):

3. Owner or Property Manager required to:
Owner or property manager to notify all tenants of inspection and be present for the inspection.

Helpful Hints so there's no re-inspection: NEW for 2002- All bedrooms, hallways, and each level of a home must have a smoke detector, NEW for 2009 a carbon monoxide detector must be installed within 15 feet of every bedroom and sleeping area (9 volt OK)
